The calculator runs in your browser. Its figures are sent to our service only when you submit a request. We do not use advertising pixels, sell your details, or collect credit reports, Social Security numbers or bank documents.
What we save
When you request help, we save your contact information, preferences, submitted planning figures, the source link you used, the choices you selected, and the time and policy version of your request. Alexia records relevant follow-up notes, appointments and outcomes. Hosting providers may retain routine security and access logs. A short-lived, hashed request identifier helps limit abuse.
Three separate choices
Email my estimate requests a copy of your figures. Ask Alexia to review requests a personal follow-up about your inquiry. Neither subscribes you to ongoing marketing. Keep me updated requires an email confirmation before relevant ongoing updates begin. Each update includes a stop-updates link.
Phone numbers are optional. We call about the request only if you select the call permission. This website does not send text messages. Choosing to stop updates does not prevent essential communication about an appointment or an active client relationship.
Service providers and optional AI
Our hosting and email providers process information needed to operate this service. If optional AI drafting is enabled, only a limited area label and numerical planning assumptions are sent to OpenAI. Names, email, phone, street addresses and your free-text answers are excluded from that feature. AI drafts require Alexia’s review; they are not appraisals or financing decisions.
Access, correction and retention
Contact the business email below to request a copy, correction or deletion of your information. We verify the request before releasing information. Inactive prospects are reviewed for deletion after 12 months; actual client and transaction records follow the brokerage’s required retention policy. A minimal hashed contact-choice record may remain to preserve unsubscribe preferences. Backups expire on the hosting provider’s retention schedule. Alexia handles review and deletion; this is not an automatic deletion promise.
Security and contact
The private workspace requires a password and uses an essential sign-in cookie. Public requests use encrypted connections after launch. Please do not put sensitive financial documents or account numbers into these forms. We display the business contact below for privacy questions and service help.
