LOOK BEYOND THE PAYMENT

Confirm the municipal tax bill, homeowners and flood insurance, association fees and special assessments. Mainland homes still need flood checks.
Allow for utilities, maintenance, repairs and the cost of moving. Decide how much cash you want left after closing.
